Terms of trade

These terms of sale and delivery apply to the purchase of goods on Jubti.dk for delivery in Denmark, except Greenland and the Faroe Islands, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Ordering and payment
Jubti.dk.dk is open 24 hours a day and you can therefore shop at your convenience. However, reservations are made that the website may be shut down due to maintenance. However, Jubti.dk.dk can always be traded when the site is available.

All prices on Jubti.dk.dk are inclusive of VAT and any other taxes.

When you shop at Jubti.dk.dk you select the items you want to buy and place them in the "Shopping Cart".

When you are ready to order, click on “Basket” and you enter your name, address, e-mail, telephone number, form of payment and select the form of delivery. Any extra expenses for eg. shipping or card fees will first be calculated before you are ready for payment.

You can change the contents of the shopping cart until you confirm your purchase by pressing “Go to Payment”. Then your order is sent to www.jubti.dk.

The amount of the goods will not be deducted from your account until the goods are shipped. We reserve the right for price and printing errors on the website and reserve the right to cancel the order in the event of a material and / or obvious error.

To shop at Jubti.dk.dk you must be 18 years of age. However, you can buy products on the website if you have obtained your guardian's acceptance or otherwise have the legal right to make the purchase. You must also have a valid debit card.

The amount will be charged to your card 24 hours after we send your purchase.

When buying with Viabill you will first receive your goods and then the interest and fee-free monthly payment will fall on the 20th of each month. The payment agreement with ViaBill lapses when a purchase is canceled, cf. section 26 of the Consumer Agreement Act.

Viabill finances purchases up to DKK 2000 Amounts in excess of DKK 2000 are financed in cooperation with SparXpress.

Receipt for order receipt and order confirmation
When you place an order with Jubti.dk.dk, you will receive a receipt for our receipt of your order. However, you will not enter into a binding purchase agreement until you have received an order confirmation from us. Remember to be aware that order confirmation can end up in the spam box. If the customer has provided the wrong e-mail address, the conditions still apply.

Delivery:
Upon receipt of your order, we will pack it as soon as possible, and ship with one of our partners. We use various delivery companies, including PostNord, DAO (Danish Newspaper Distribution), GLS. The price for delivery is clearly stated before payment. To obtain free delivery on selected delivery methods (in addition to personal pick-up), the order size must be over DKK 500, unless otherwise stated. Our delivery time is estimated between 1-3 business days, but busy periods may occur with longer delivery times.

14 days cancellation right
When you shop at Jubti.dk.dk you have a 14 day cancellation right where you can notify us that you regret the purchase and thus return the item to us. In order to claim the right of withdrawal, you must give us an unambiguous statement within 14 days of receipt of the item.

The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitutional day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the next working day.

Some goods are not covered by the right of withdrawal and this will be stated in the order process.

After receipt, you must handle the goods alone in a way that allows you to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. If foil / sealing is broken, the right of withdrawal lapses.

Return
If you regret your purchase and want to return it, it will facilitate the expedition if you enclose a completed return form, which you can find here: Returns and documentation of the purchase, eg. your order confirmation.

It is important that upon return, you ensure that the goods are properly wrapped, as you are responsible for the goods yourself until we receive it. Therefore, save mail receipt as well as any. track and trace number. You have to pay the cost of returning the item yourself when you regret it.

Important: We expect you to ship the goods as soon as possible after giving notice of cancellation and no later than 14 days after.

Note: We do not receive parcels sent by mail. collections or packages without distribution.

Refund
When we receive the item, we will check it and you will be refunded the amount you paid to us on the purchase. The amount is always transferred to the same payment method with which you paid the purchase. For example, if you paid with a debit card, the amount will be credited back to the debit card you used in the purchase.

Note: You may lose your purchase amount in whole or in part. It happens if the value of the product is impaired because:

you have actually used the item
it was damaged while you were responsible for it
you have handled the goods in a different way than was necessary in order to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of operation of the goods
you have not followed the restrictions on the right of withdrawal that result from sealing, product type etc.
Complaint - If there is something wrong with the item
Your purchase is covered by the Purchase Act, including the deficiency rules. This means that you can either get a defective item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted depending on the given situation. Obviously, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of improper use of the product or other injurious behavior.

You must contact us within "reasonable time":

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you discover the defect in the item. We recommend that you advertise as soon as possible and within 2 months of the error being detected.

When returning the item, please state as much detail as possible what the problem is and add the order number and type - Return

In justified complaints, we reimburse reasonable shipping costs

If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your reasonable shipping costs to return the item to us. If the complaint is not justified, you must bear all transport costs yourself, including our shipping costs for returning the item after examination, as well as we can charge you a fee which is calculated up to DKK 200 for examination of the item.

Remember that the item must always be shipped in proper packaging and receive a receipt for shipment. You are in charge of the product yourself until we receive it. Therefore, save mail receipt incl. information on shipping costs and any track and trace number.

Free product
If you receive a free product from Jubti.dk in your package, you accept the following:

Customers who do not want promotional mails for free products must specifically enter "I do not want to receive the free products added to my basket" in the "comments" field before checking out. Jubti.dk will then remove the free products from the order before shipment.

Acceptance of the offer of free products by the customer is binding and is an expression of an agreement on Jubti.dk terms and conditions for receiving a free product / s from, which may contain up to 3 promotional emails related to the free product / s. The promotional mail must not be related to other products or brands.

The promotional emails are related to the order number that received the free product / s and must be sent within 14 days of purchase.

Information about complaints:

The European Commission's online complaint portal can be used when filing a complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a consumer domiciled in another EU country than Denmark, where Jubti.dk is headquartered.

Privacy
To shop at Jubti.dk. you must at least state:

Name
Address
Email address
Telephone / mobile number

The above data is stored with information about which goods you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. section 10 of the Accounting Act, after which the information is deleted.

However, if you have created a login to be able to self-service with us, your personal information as well as order information will not be deleted unless you ask us to do so.

Information is not disclosed or sold to a third party unless this is done in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the business. Any disclosure in such a situation will be in accordance with the personal data law applicable at any given time.

As a customer you have the opportunity to gain insight into our registration of data about you and you can object to a registration in accordance with the rules on this in the Personal Data Processing Act. Inquiries in this regard are addressed to Jubti.dk via e-mail info@Jubti.dk

VAT refund
You can apply for a VAT return for goods that we have delivered to a Danish address and which you subsequently ship out of the country to a non-EU country. In order for us to refund your VAT, you must send us the original invoice with customs stamp by regular mail or by mail to info@Jubti.dk.

This must be received by Jubti.dk no later than 2 months after the goods have been shipped from the EU. You must also state your Danish account number to which the money is to be paid. For each invoice for which a refund is requested, we charge a management fee of DKK 100, which we deduct from your refund.

commercial purchases
In the case of business purchases, no VAT refund is offered on purchases on the website www.Jubti.dk If you want to buy business, please contact our finance department directly at info@Jubti.dk before making a purchase, then you will you could receive an EU invoice without VAT.

Law choice and venue
Purchase of goods on Jubti.dk is governed by Danish law. Any dispute is settled by the ordinary Danish courts.

The purchase guarantee covers cases where stores do not assume their responsibilities under the law and resolve the issue within 60 days. The guarantee applies only to consumers residing in Denmark.
